Who We Are
This website, www.mcilwain.org, is the website of McIlwain Memorial Presbyterian Church, known to most as McIlwain Presbyterian Church, a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) at 1220 East Blount Street, Pensacola, Florida 32503. Heron Product Company builds and maintains the site on the church's behalf. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean the church.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. We have tried to keep them short and plain. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site, and feel free to tell us why.
Using This Site
You are welcome to read, watch, and share what you find here, for yourself, your family, your church, or anyone else who might be helped by it. We only ask that you use the site lawfully and kindly.
Please do not use the site to break the law; to send messages that are threatening, abusive, or deceptive; to pretend to be someone you are not; to send advertising or spam through our contact form; or to disrupt the site, get around its security, or reach the private areas used by church staff. We may block anyone who misuses the site.
Messages You Send Us
When you send a message through our contact form, it is kept in the website's private records and emailed to the church office, so that a member of our staff can respond. Messages are never shown on this website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we care for what you share with us.
Please do not send passwords, bank or card numbers, or other sensitive financial details through the form. The form is not a way to reach us in an emergency; if someone is in danger, call 911.
Sermons and Worship Services
The sermons and worship services on this site are recorded by the church and shared so that anyone, near or far, can hear God's Word preached. The videos are hosted on YouTube and play through YouTube's own player, so YouTube's terms and privacy policy apply when you watch.
You are welcome to watch them, share links to them, and point others to them. Please do not download, edit, re-upload, or sell our recordings, or present them as your own, without the church's written permission. Some music and other material in our services belongs to its own authors and publishers and remains theirs.

Scripture on this site is quoted from the ESV Bible (The Holy Bible, English Standard Version), used by permission of Crossway. Each verse popup is marked ESV and links to esv.org, where you can read the full passage, and Crossway's complete copyright notice appears at the end of our Privacy Policy. If you copy Scripture from this site, please keep within Crossway's limits: no more than 500 verses, and no more than half of any book of the Bible.
Giving Online
Our Give page links to our online giving portal. When you give online, your gift is handled on the giving portal's own website, under its own terms and privacy policy. Your card and bank details are entered there, never on this website, and this website does not see or store them. If you have a question about a gift, please contact the church office.

This site links to other websites we hope you will find helpful, including our denomination, mission agencies, Christian publishers and ministries, and our own pages on YouTube and Facebook. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement of everything a website says or offers.
